Background
Stephie is citizen of Los Angeles, California.
During the events of of The Naked Gun: From the Files of Police Squad! played by Winifred Freedman
Stephie is driving a driving school vehicle when she is stopped by Frank Drebin. Frank orders her to follow Dr. Alford who has hijacked a car. They follow him until Dr. Alford crashes and dies.
