Ministry Witches are witches who work for the Ministry of Magic.
During the events of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (2005) played by Sheila Allen, Su Elliot, Anne Lacy, and Flip Webster
The campground where the Quidditch Championship is being held is attacked by Death Eaters and as everyone is trying to escape, Harry Potter is separated from the rest of the group and knocked unconscious
