Background

William "Billy" Mahoney was a resident of Chicago, Illinois. He was born in 1967. Bill was killed by Nelson and Young Nelson's Friends when he fell out of a tree as they were throwing rocks at him.

During the events of Flatliners (1990) played by Joshua Rudoy

The residual guilt of Billy haunts Nelson until Nelson is forced to experience what Billy went through. Billy then forgives Nelson.
