Background
Jesus is the son of God and a prophet. His mother is Mary, Mother of Jesus.
During the events of Ben-Hur (1959) played by Claude Heater
Jesus is born in the town of Bethlehem and visited by Three Wise Men including Balthasar. He grows up as the son of Joseph, a carpenter. While Judah Ben-Hur is being force marched through Nazareth, Jesus gives him some water and when a Roman soldier challenges him, Jesus stands and stares at the Roman soldier and the soldier backs off. He gives a Sermon on the Mount and preaches forgiveness, but is condemned to die and is nailed on a cross.
