Manager is a manager at the Patrician Grill in New York City.
During the events of The Echo (2008) played by George Santino
Bobby Reynolds tells Alyssa that he is seeing and hearing things that aren't there. She tells him that he deserted her and Helen and maybe that is why Helen went crazy. The Manager then tells Alyssa to get back to work.
