Background
Plague victims are people suffering from a disease that developed after the apocalypse.
During the events of Land of Doom (1986)
Harmony and Anderson see a group of Plague Victims traveling with their belongings. Later, while continuing on their journey, Harmony and Anderson are attacked by a group of Plague Victims, but they manage to fight off the Plague Victims.
