Short Man - Daily Prophet is a photographer for the Daily Prophet.

During the events of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (2002) played by Peter O'Farrell

At Flourish and Blotts, Short Man - Daily Prophet takes a photo of Gilderoy Lockhart and when Lockhart recognizes Harry Potter, Short Man - Daily Prophet grabs Harry and shoves him towards Lockhart who has his photo taken by Harry.
