Vorena the Elder is the daughter of Niobe and Lucius Vorenus and the sister of Vorena the Younger and Lucius. Vorena is married to Crito.

When her father returns home Niobe tells him the baby belongs to Vorena the Elder. Vorena is eventually allowed by her father to marry Crito, who he believes got Vorena pregnant.
