A group of riders led by Harwel ride up to Bardon Pass and Harwel takes Albion's fallen arrow and slaps him in the face with it. The Border Guard sees and whistles to another border guard and they approach the riders. Harwel stabs and kills the Border Guard and the other border guard is killed. Albion runs away and then gets on a horse and Wallace asks Harwel if he wants him to send someone to stop Albion, but Harwel tells him that Albion is reacting how they want him to. King Arthur and his men eventually arrive at Bardon Pass, and Wallace tells Harwel that Arthur has come. Wallace gives Arthur the chance to surrender, but Arthur refuses. Harwel and the mercenaries attack and Wallace tells Harwel that they have to retreat, and Harwel calls for a retreat.

At Bardon Pass, Harwel gives a speech to his men and asks which one of them will bring him Arthur's sword. Harwel sends Wallace next to kill Arthur. Another group approaches the defenses including Wallace, Fourth Marauder and Marauder 2. Arthur shoots an arrow into Marauder 2's throat, but is disarmed. Wallace tells Fourth Marauder to take Arthur's sword and as Wallace is about to kill Arthur, he manages to escape. Arthur's traps kill the other marauders and Wallace impales his leg in a trap.
