Background
Weight Lifter 1 is a member of Rhonda's Work-Out. He is friends with Weight Lifter 2.
During the events of Killer Workout (1987) played by John Robb
After Rachael's death, Weight Lifter 1 asks Weight Lifter 2 if he thought the killer raped Rachael before they killed her. They get quiet when they notice Rhonda (Killer Workout)|Rhonda glaring at them. Later, Weight Lifter 1 goes to say bye to Weight Lifter 2 and finds him dead. He is then stabbed in the head with a giant safety pin.
