Background
Carmen Ghia is Roger De Bris' private secretary. He used to be a hair dresser and lives in New York City.
During the events of The Producers (1968) played by Andreas Voutsinas
Carmen brings Max Bialystock and Leo Bloom up to meet Roger. While Roger and Max and Leo are talking business, Carmen helps affix Roger's wig he is wearing to the Choreographer's Ball. Carmen helps organize the casting call for the actors auditioning for the role of Adolf Hitler.
