Malloy
Background
Malloy is a member of the USPF and a supervisor at the deportation center in L.A.

After the rescue team is killed, Malloy and Brazen decide that the only way to get a top secret device back is to send Snake Plissken into L.A. Snake is brought into a room and he, Brazen and the President explain to Snake that he has been infected with the Plutoxin virus and he is being sent to L.A. to recover the device or he will die within ten hours. He then shows Snake the weapons and equipment he will use and sends Snake on his way in a submarine. When Snake's tracking device goes silent, Malloy advises the President to be calm, and when Cuervo Jones appears to have the device, he advises the President to not send an air strike against L.A. in fear that Cuervo Jones may use the device against the United States. When the President starts to unravel, Malloy sends Brazen to watch the President in case he does something rash. When Snake returns with the device and Utopia is captured, Malloy has Utopia searched and when a device is found assumes Snake tried to hide the real device with Utopia. When the real device is found to be still with Snake, Malloy is ordered to kill Snake, but finds out the image of Snake is just a hologram.
