Background
Hermes is a member of the Olympians. He is the bringer of dreams and a prowler of the night.
During the events of Jason and the Argonauts (1963) played by Michael Gwynn
King Pelias asks Hermes, who is disguised as a priest for a sign whether Zeus favors him in the battle to come and Hermes tells him he shall win, but lose the throne when one of King Aristo's children takes it back in the future. During the attack, Hermes holds Pelias' men from following Pelias after Briseis and stops them from going after the soldier holding Jason. Twenty years later, Hermes takes Jason to Mount Olympus.
