"Not" Janine is a crime scene investigator for the Metropolitan Police in London, England.
During the events of Hot Fuzz (2007) played by Robert Popper
Nicholas Angel goes to a crime scene to speak with Janine. He goes up to "Not" Janine and tells him he is being transferred and "Not" Janine tells him he isn't Janine.
