Bailey is an expatriate who participates in the drug trade.
During the events of Cocaine Wars (1985) played by Royal Dano
Bailey is negotiating a deal with Klausmann and Wilhelm when Cliff Adams confronts Klausmann and tells him he knows it was Klausmann and Wilhelm who were stealing from Gonzalo Reyes and not Rikki. Bailey is robbed when his driver falls for an ambush set up by Oswaldo. Cliff has Bailey pick up the package of information to be given to Marcelo Villalba. Bailey is given money by Cliff to go back to the United States.
