The Beast of the Night is a giant bat.
During the events of Yor, the Hunter from the Future (1983)
As Yor, the Hunter and Pag are crouched outside the cave of the Purple Cavemen, the Beast of the Night flies overhead. Yor shoots the Beast of the Night with an arrow and then kills it with a rock.
