Background
Charles is the superintendent for the Chelsea Towers West apartments in New York City.
During the events of Soylent Green (1973) played by Leonard Stone
When Thorn arrives to investigate the murder of Simonson, Charles tells him that the security system went out the week before. He then takes Thorn to Simonson's apartment. Later, he enters Simonson and Shirl's apartment and starts assaulting The Furniture Girls of the complex. Thorn exits the bedroom and tells Charles that he asked them in for questioning and Charles begrudgingly leaves.
