Concierge is the concierge of an apartment building in New York City. Her husband used to be the concierge before he died.

When Max Bialystock and Leo Bloom go to see Franz Liebkind, they are stopped by the Concierge who demands to know who they want to see. She then tells them that Franz is up on the roof with his birds.
