Dr. Heim is a doctor at Sunset Crest Sanatorium in Los Angeles, California. Through his research he has discovered a method to transfer people's brains into robot bodies.
During the events of Torture Garden (1967) played by Bernard Kay
Carla Hayes and Eddie Storm take Bruce Benton to Sunset Crest Sanatorium and Eddie tells Carla that Dr. Heim told him that Bruce will be okay. Dr. Heim and Eddie tell Carla not to speak about the incident. Later, Eddie and Dr. Heim enter Bruce's changing room and take Carla away and she is turned into an android.
