Background
The Drug Dealer sold drugs. Anne saw a drug deal happen and was kidnapped by the Drug Dealer's men. While trying to escape she ran off the roof of the building and died. Riki-Oh tracked down the Drug Dealer and attacked him, breaking his leg in half and then punching a huge crater into his head, killing the Drug Dealer
During the events of Riki-Oh The Story of Ricky (1991) played by Suet Lam
Riki has a flashback of when he identified Anne in the morgue and when he tracked down the Drug Dealer and killed him.
