Elphias Doge is a member of the Order of the Phoenix.
During the events of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (2007) played by Peter Cartwright
Harry Potter wakes up to someone opening the door to his room and Nymphadora Tonks, Alastor "Mad-Eye" Moody, Kingsley Shacklebolt, Elphias, and Emmeline Vance walk in and Alastor tells him they are here to save him. Kingsley tells Harry that Albus Dumbledore persuaded Cornelius Fudge to hold a trial before expelling Harry. They then go to Grimmauld Place.
