Eunice St. Clair used to be a princess and is now a witch living in San Francisco, California with Galwyn. She once was in love with a wizard named Torag. Eunice was trained by Galwyn how to use magic.

Eunice St. Clair first meets Harry Potter Sr. when Wendy Potter pulls the fire alarm, causing the neighbors to come out of their apartments to see what is going on. Later Harry Potter Jr. stops by Eunice's apartment and introduces himself. Eunice senses when the trolls start to gain power and sing when Malcolm Mallory recites the story of the Fairy Queen to the Potter family. When Harry Jr. stops by her apartment again she tells him about how she used to be a princess and how she learned magic. Eunice tells Harry Jr. to keep an eye on his sister who he says is acting strangely. After Torok gains more power within the apartment complex, Eunice tells him of the history of the war between the humans and the fairies, which the humans won. Eunice then gives Harry Jr. a spear while taking one herself and tells him they must kill Torok's Beast. When Eunice, now transformed into a young version of herself, goes into the fairy forest she is overpowered by the beast and has to escape back to her apartment. In her apartment she is ambushed by Torok who transforms her into a tree stump. After the apartment complex goes back to normal, Eunice, who has been transformed back to a human, tells Harry Jr. he did a good job and walks away.
