Background
Fireman/Sniper is a Soviet assassin.
During the events of Airwolf: Season 4 Episode 5 Windows played by Steen Petersen
Uri Tatloff promises to tell St. John and Jason Locke who is working with Phillip Devereau if they take him to their office, but he is shot dead by Fireman/Sniper. Later, while everyone is distracted by the fire at Devereau's apartment, the Fireman/Sniper hands Devereau a circuit board.
