Background
Fornicus Lord of Bondage and Pain is an ancient horror kept at the sacrificial temple. He holds a puzzle ball that leads to damnation.
During the events of The Cabin in the Woods (2011) played by Greg Zach
Marty hotwires the elevator and he and Dana take it down to the temple. As the elevator progresses they come across a cube with a Werewolf inside. The elevator continues on and they pass cubes with a Ghost, the Sugarplum Fairy, and Fornicus Lord of Bondage and Pain, and during it, Dana realizes they chose how they were to die.
