Frank Casabello
Background
Frank Casabello is an arms dealer posing as a relief coordinator for Global Medical Aid. He constantly changes his name and has been reported dead multiple times, including as Francis Bello in Guatemala, and Frankie Bell in Mozambique and Colombia.

In Afghanistan, Frank walks into Mustafa's tent. Frank shows Mustafa photos of weapons that are available for sale and Mustafa makes an order for various weapons. Mustafa asks to see the photo Frank has of Jo Santini and makes an offer for her, which Frank agrees to. He then sends a fax to Santini Air requesting Jo to come to the Casbah Hotel in Kabul. St. John sneaks into Frank's warehouse, but is caught by Habib and Frank. Frank invites St. John to come with him as he delivers supplies to Habib's village.
While driving, Frank is pulled over by a pair of Soviet troops. St. John, Habib and Frank are ordered out of the truck and the crates of medical supplies are revealed to be full of weapons. As one of the Soviet troops is about to hit St. John with his rifle, St. John pulls it away and shoots the other soldier dead after knocking the other one unconscious. St. John grabs Frank and demands to know what is going on. Frank tells him he is taking the weapons to rebels and they continue their journey.
They arrive in the camp and St. John is whipped and taken captive by Akar. Frank goes into a tent and Jo slaps him. He tells her that Mustafa has St. John prisoner and Mustafa betrayed him. The next morning, Frank admits to Jo that he is a gun runner and tells her he does it due to growing up in a war zone. He tells her that he loved her and needed her help. Mustafa walks into the tent and hands Frank the money for Jo and Frank says goodbye to her and leaves. Habib runs up to Frank and Frank shoves Habib to the ground and is about to shoot him when St. John throws a knife into his stomach. Mike Rivers and Jason Locke arrive in Airwolf and attack the rebel camp. Jo runs by Frank who holds out his hand for her to help him.
