Background
Helen Davis was a teller at Parkeston Savings and Loan in New York City. Her son is Bobby Reynolds. Helen won Teller of the year. She overhead the repeated beatings of Gina and Carly by Walter and their eventual deaths, but did nothing and was in turn haunted to death by their restless spirits.
During the events of The Echo (2008) played by Paulette Sinclair
Bobby has a nightmare in which Helen asks him for help.
