Kelly and Stacey are twin residents of Newton Haven, England.
During the events of The World's End (2013) played by Francesca Reidie, Charlotte Reidie, Kelly Franklin, and Stacy Franklin
Sam Chamberlain walks in to The Two Headed Dog with Kelly and Stacey. After Gary King pulls Sam aside, Sam tells Kelly and Stacey what Gary told her and a fight breaks out between Gary and Kelly and Stacey, who turn out to be Blanks. The Kelly and Stacey Blanks are then destroyed.
