Kim is a model working for Pussycat magazine in Rome, Italy.
During the events of Delirium: Photo of Gioia (1987) played by Trine Michelsen
Kim does a photo shoot with Kelly and Christi at Gioia's pool with Roberto being the photographer and Tony, giving directions. After the photo shoot, Gioia invites everyone to a dinner Evelyn is preparing. After dinner, Kim stays to talk with Gioia and they discuss Gioia's dead husband. Kim leaves shortly after and as she is walking by the pool she hears a noise. She is then stabbed with a pitchfork and falls dying into the pool.
