Background
Lieutenant Perkins is a lieutenant in the United Kingdom Royal Air Force serving under Colonel Ralph Dillard at Geilenkirchen NATO Air Base, Germany. Perkins spends most of his time with Dillard during the events of the newly coming ice age.
During the events of 100 Degrees Below Zero played by Luke Healy
Perkins tells Dillard of another volcanic eruption, this time at Lakagigar, Iceland. He is the one to inform Dillard when news of the Chunnel collapse and destruction of the train occur. Perkins is among the group that searches for survivors when the helicopter the Foster family was riding in crashes. Perkins leaves with the rest of the group to Australia.
