Background
Marsha is a member of Rhonda's Work-Out. She is friends with Debbie and Curtis.
During the events of Killer Workout (1987) played by Denise Martell
After the deaths of members of Rhonda's Work-Out, Marsha, Debbie and Curtis spray paint Aerobicide and Death Spa on the front window of the gym. They hear a noise and run away and Curtis splits off from the group. Marsha goes to find Curtis and has her throat slit.
