Background
Mrs. Pickman is the owner of Pickman Hotel in Hobbs End, New Hampshire. Her husband is Farmer.
During the events of In the Mouth of Madness (1994) played by Frances Bay
Mrs. Pickman checks John Trent and Linda Styles in and John asks her questions about the town and Sutter Cane. Later, John lights a cigarette and Mrs. Pickman asks him to put it out. A moan rings out and Mrs. Pickman tells Farmer, who is naked and handcuffed to her ankle, to be quiet. John goes back to the hotel entrance and hears shrieking coming from a room and finds Mrs. Pickman, now with tentacles, chopping up Farmer.
