Background
Paul Davrow owns Davrow Hardware in Snomonton, Colorado. He is the father of Tommy Davrow.
During the events of Jack Frost (1997) played by F. William Parker
After the murder of Old Man Harper, Paul tells a group of people that he will be having a sale on ammunition. He goes to the home of Jake Metzner and Sally Metzner and finds them dead and Jack Frost standing in front of him. Paul runs back to town and starts destroying all of the snowmen in town. He is stopped by Sam who has him put in a cell at the police station. When Sam, Agent Manners, Marla, and Stone are escaping from Jack Frost, they free Paul and they all run from the police station before causing it to explode with Jack Frost in it. After finding out that anti-freeze hurts Jack Frost, Sam has Paul fill his truck with anti-freeze and bring it to Fawn Lodge.
