Peter Ian Staker is the caretaker for the castle in Sandford, Gloucester.
During the events of Hot Fuzz (2007) played by Stephen Merchant
Peter calls and reports The Swan has escaped from the castle and at first, Nicholas Angel thinks it is a joke on him, but it turns out the call is real. Nicholas and PC Danny Butterman later return The Swan after catching it.
