Ramon Vega is a Colombian drug lord in Los Angeles, California. He lives in San Pedro off of 5th Avenue. Ramon is the biggest crack dealer in East L.A. and sells over 100 kilos of crack a week.
During the events of Predator 2 (1990) played by Corey Rand
Ramon Vega and Columbian Girl are having sex in his penthouse when a group of King Willie's Boys break in including Gold Tooth. Ramon is tied up by his feet from the ceiling and tries to bribe Gold Tooth to leave him alone, but Gold Tooth tells him it is about power. Gold Tooth then rips open Ramon's chest with a knife.
