Background
Sailor is a sailor in the Royal Navy in England.
During the events of The Creeping Flesh (1973) played by Tony Wright
Penelope starts to dance to the music being played at The Blue Anchor Pub. Sailor grabs her and tries to kiss her and she breaks a bottle and slashes him in the throat with it, killing him.
