Background
Selena is a qualified chemist/pharmacist.
During the events of 28 Days Later (2002) played by Naomie Harris
Selena and Mark save Jim when he is being chased by some infected. They stop at Jim's parent's house and are attacked by Mr. Bridges and Mr. Bridges Daughter and Mark is killed by Selena when she finds out he had been bitten during the attack. Selena and Jim see blinking Christmas lights and go to the apartment of Frank and Hannah. They decide to go to a military blockade that offers protection. While at the deserted blockade, Frank is infected when a drop of blood falls into his eyes and he is shot by a group of soldiers. Selena, Jim and Hannah are brought to a mansion which is serving as the military base. Their leader Major Henry West, tells Jim he promised his suicidal soldiers women and as Jim, Selena and Hannah try to leave, Jim is knocked unconscious. Selena and Hannah are brought to a room and told to get into nice dresses. She gives Hannah some Valium so she will be numb during their rape. Jim breaks into the room and kills all of the soldiers guarding Selena and Hannah. They escape the mansion and drive to the countryside. Jim wakes up 28 days later in the countryside and he, Selena and Hannah unfurl a large banner as a jet flies overhead.
