Background
Sergeant is a police sergeant in England.
During the events of Torture Garden (1967) played by Norman Claridge
While in jail, Colin Williams starts to scream again and the Sergeant runs to his cell and finds Colin's now headless body. Balthazar walks into the Sergeant's office and starts to speak to him psychically.
