As Colin Williams is about to leave his Uncle Roger's house, he is questioned by Sergeant who finds a trunk with the bodies Nurse Parker and a Tramp and Colin is brought to jail. While in jail, Colin starts to scream again and the Sergeant runs to his cell and finds Colin's now headless body. Balthazar walks into the Sergeant's office and starts to speak to him psychically.
