Tramp is a homeless man in Bishop, California..
During the events of The Bat People (1974) played by Arthur Space
Dr. John Beck is caught by Ms. Jax searching through the hospital and lies and tells her, he is a doctor. As he is looking for the rabies vaccine, he has another seizure and drinks from a blood bag. Ms. Jax runs and finds Sgt. Ward and tells him where Dr. Beck is, but Dr. Beck is already gone.
