Background
Tucker is a member of the Midnight Society. His brother is Gary. Tucker's father owns a magic shop.
During the events of Are You Afraid of the Dark?: Season 3 Episode 1 The Tale of the Midnight Ride played by Daniel De Santo
Gary says that friends come and friends go and tells the rest of the Midnight Society that Kristen's and David's families have moved and so even though they won't be around to listen to the tales, they will always be a part of the Midnight Society. He then says they have room for two new members. Betty Ann says her friend Sam wants to join, but she needs time to come up with an initiation tale. Gary says he has someone he wants to sponsor and then brings someone wearing a burlap sack on his head to the group. Kiki remarks how small the person is and Tucker takes off the sack and threatens to show Kiki how small he is. Frank says not a chance, but Gary tells them that he either has to bring Tucker or he won't be able to come anymore. Frank says they are not babysitters, and Tucker says if they lightened up, he could tell his tale. Gary asks them to give Tucker a chance and then tells Tucker his story better be good or he will let Frank pound him. Tucker starts off by saying that the Midnight Society makes up stories all the time, but there have been some stories that are so old that maybe they might not be made up. He says his story is about a famous ghost and legend that is so popular, it just won't die. He then starts his tale.
Tucker recounts the legend of the Headless Horseman and how night after night he would ride through the town of Sleepy Hollow looking for a victim to steal their head. He continues with how one Halloween night Ichabod Crane took a wrong turn and was chased down by the demon ghost. Ichabod rode quickly towards the Bridge of Souls, a bridge the Headless Horseman couldn't cross, but poor Ichabod was never seen again. Ever since then on Halloween night, the ghosts of the Headless Horseman and Ichabod Crane return to Sleepy Hollow to ride again...or so the legend says.
Tucker says that Ian had just moved to Sleepy Hollow and was trying hard to make friends. But like everything Ian did, sometimes he tried a little too hard.
Tucker says that Ian was kind of goofy, and everyone thought he was funny, well almost everybody. He continues that Ian didn't know it, but he was walking into some dangerous territory.
Tucker ends his tale and the members of Midnight Society vote on letting him join them. The vote is unanimous including a reluctant Frank and Gary wonders if he is going to regret letting Tucker join.

During the events of Are You Afraid of the Dark?: Season 3 Episode 2 The Tale of Apartment 214 played by Daniel De Santo
Betty Ann catches Tucker messing with the pouch of sand and Gary grabs it away and tells him not to touch the pouch. Betty Ann says that Sam will be telling her tale next week and Kiki is next up to tale a tale. Frank slowly walks to the circle and tells the other members that he was helping his brother move all day. Kiki says she likes moving, not the moving of stuff but the mystery of moving into a new place. She remarks, you always wonder what the person who lived there previously was like and why they left. She says that her story is about moving and about promises. She continues that a promise is a pledge, something to rely on and you should never break a promise, because if you do, it might come back to haunt you. Kikie is about to start her tale when she notices the pouch is empty and Gary yells at Tucker to give the sand back. Kiki then starts her tale.
She says Stacy Cooper was going through a rough time as it seemed like her parents were about to get a divorce and she and Bonnie Cooper had to move to a tiny apartment across town.
Kiki says as the days went by, Stacy and Madeline Koegel spent a ton of time together and Stacy helped Madeline with some of the tougher chores in her apartment. Madeline in turn told Stacy really cool stories about her life. It was perfect as Madeline wasn't lonely anymore and Stacy found her first new friend.
Kiki tells the others that all Stacy new for sure was that Madeline left and she would have to live with the guilt of breaking her promise. As time went on she realized Madeline was never coming back and she wouldn't have the chance to apologize.
Kiki says that when Stacy and Bonnie moved into Madeline's old apartment, she made up for her broken promise, because Madeline wasn't going to be alone anymore. Kiki then ends her story. As Gary goes to put out the fire, he realizes Tucker hid the water bucket.
During the events of Are You Afraid of the Dark?: Season 3 Episode 3 The Tale of Watcher's Woods played by Daniel De Santo
During a thunderstorm, Betty Ann is waiting by the fire with Sam, who has a bag over their head. Tucker tells Sam that their story better be good, because they are going to get electrocuted and Kiki asks who the mystery guy she keeps hearing about. Betty Ann takes the bag off of Sam's head and Tucker realizes Sam is a girl. Sam says her real name is Samantha, but her friends call her Sam. Frank introduces himself and flirts with Sam and Sam tells him to call her Samantha. Gary walks up to Sam and says she is perfect and then stammers and says for the Midnight Society. Sam says she understands the rules and Betty Ann wishes her luck. Sam tells the others she has lots of stories she could have told but picked on that fit the setting. She continues that there are tons of ancient legends about the woods, legends of spirits like the Manitou or Wendigo, but whatever happened to these spirits when people came to hack down their world. Many moved on, but some say the truly evil ones clung to their homes with hearts full of revenge for all who dare disturb their home. She then starts her tale.
Sam says it was Sarah's first time at Camp Grindlestone and she was a super achiever and earned every medal a Trail Maker could earn but was so busy with activities she didn't have time to make friends. Kelly on the other hand had been to Grindlestone, but hated it. She had tons of friends at home and really didn't want to be there.
Sam ends her tale and she is welcomed into the Midnight Society.
During the events of Are You Afraid of the Dark?: Season 3 Episode 4 The Tale of the Phone Police played by Daniel De Santo
Frank arrives while most of the other members of the Midnight Society are waiting and asks who is telling a tale? Betty Ann says it is Tucker's turn and Kiki asks Gary where Tucker is at. Frank gets upset that Tucker isn't there yet, but Gary says Tucker is there. A phone starts ringing and Sam asks if she is missing something. Gary pulls out a cellphone and answers the call, and Tucker is on the other line. Gary then places the phone and a speaker on the chair where normally the member tells the tale. Tucker tells the others that he is telling his tale that way, because the telephone is the scariest thing in your house as you can lock your doors and windows, but all someone has to do is dial your number and if you answer it, then they are inside. He then says when you answer the call you make a connection and it might be to a place that you don't want to be connected to. Tucker then starts his tale.
Tucker says Jake and Chris never made another prank call again, because they were never sure if the phone police were really real or if they could believe anything else they ever saw. Tucker sneaks up on Frank and yells the end, scaring Frank. Tucker dials Gary's phone again and the group jokingly runs to answer it and Gary ends the meeting.
