Khomeini, Khadafi, Arafat, Idi Amin, Gorbachev and Pahpshmir are holding a meeting in Beirut. As they are discussing their next round of terrorism, Frank Drebin removes his disguise and a brawl breaks out between Frank and the world leaders. Frank beats them all up and warns them to never be seen in the United States.
