Pahpshmir

Pahpsmir is a representative of an unknown organization which participates in terrorism.
During the events of The Naked Gun: From the Files of Police Squad! (1988) played by Raye Birk
Idi Amin, Khadafi, Khomeini, Arafat, Gorbachev and Pahpshmir are holding a meeting in Beirut. As they are discussing their next round of terrorism, Frank Drebin removes his disguise and a brawl breaks out between Frank and the world leaders. Frank beats them all up and warns them to never be seen in the United States. Pahpshmir visits Vincent Ludwig and Vincent agrees to Pahpshmir's secret mission to kill Queen Elizabeth II for 20 million dollars. Vincent uses Dominique as proof that he can make anyone an assassin by using sensory induced hypnosis. Vincent presses a button and and beeping sound emits. Dominique takes a revolver and points it at Pahpshmir and then herself, pulling the trigger multiple times. Vincent clicks the button again, causing the beeping noise to stop and Dominique returns to her normal self.
