Alice Carden

Background

Alice Carden was a resident of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. She bought the Lasser Glass in 1943. Her children were later found drowned in a locked cistern and Alice was found with a large hammer she was using to break all of her bones. She later told authorities, before dying of her injuries, she thought she was tucking her children in to bed instead of putting them in the cistern. Alice had a Australian Shepherd which disappeared.
