Beltzer is part of a storm chaser team run by Jo.
During the events of Twister (1996) played by Todd Field
Beltzer is helping Jo fix the Doppler radar when Bill arrives with Melissa. He then goes with the rest of Jo's team as they chase tornadoes. Beltzer celebrates with the rest of the team when Jo and Bill successfully deploy Dorothy.
