Billy Wilkins is a kid living in Warren Valley, Ohio. Billy is the son of Steven. He lives at 3707.
During the events of Trick 'r Treat (2007) played by Connor Christopher Levins
While his dad is burying a body, Billy yells from the window of their house that he is ready to spend time with his dad. Steven tries to get Billy to be quiet and tells Billy to watch Charlie Brown, but Billy thinks Charlie Brown is an asshole. Later Steven helps Billy carve a jack-o-lantern, which is really the head of Charlie, who Steven poisoned.
