Boat Guard is a member of Gideon Hayes' army in Fort Liswell, Canada.
During the events of Def-Con 4 (1985) played by Peter Falconer
Howe finds a sail boat and orders Boat Guard and another guard to jump overboard, but kills them after one of them hands a weapon to the other guard.
