Bob McReed is a resident of Crescent Cove.

During the events of Killer Klowns from Outer Space (1988) played by Christopher Titus

While patrolling Crescent Cove Curtis Mooney spots Bob crossing the sidewalk while carrying two large paper bags full of beer and snacks. Bob is one of the many college students that is spending his time at the Top of the World make out point the night the Killer Klown ship lands at Crescent Cove. Bob’s abandoned car and glasses are found by Mike Tobacco and Dave Hanson. Both of the items are covered in a cotton candy like substance and it is assumed Bob has been turned into a cotton candy cocoon.
