Background

Carpark Civilians are refugees from the Rage Virus living in District 1.

During the events of 28 Weeks Later (2007) played by Sarah Finigan, Roderic Culver, Maeve Ryan, Ed Coleman, Karen Meagher, Amanda Lawrence, Simon Delaney, Drew Rhys-Williams

Carpark Civilians are forced into a Carpark after Code Red is initiated in District 1. Carpark Soldier locks them behind a door and then leaves. Don breaks into the carpark and then starts killing the Carpark Civilians.
