Chinese Boy helps get customers for his Grandfather's shop in Chinatown.
During the events of Gremlins (1984) played by John Louie
Rand Peltzer is wandering around Chinatown looking for a present for his son Billy when Chinese Boy approaches him and tells him to follow him to his Grandfather's shop. When his Grandfather refuses to sell Rand, Gizmo, Chinese Boy tells Rand to wait outside. Chinese Boy then sells Rand, Gizmo for 200 hundred dollars and also tells him the three rules of owning Gizmo, no bright light, no water and no food after midnight.
