On Day 18, at a pharmacy, a long line of people wait to get forsythia, including Lorraine Vasquez. Coughing Man coughs and when Lorraine tells him to cover his mouth he tells her to "fuck off". The worker tells those in line there are only 50 doses of forsythia and the crowd panics and runs towards the supply of forsythia.
